- NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with the Conference Board, 845 Third Avenue, New York, NY. 10022-6679 to procure membership services to provide functional councils for the senior executive level parti cipants of the Office of the Chief of Staff in order to enhance the management and leadership practices of unique opportunities to share the Army's story as well as to learn from corporate counterpart organizations. The Conference Board membership provide s state of the art business management publications, access to an informational research service; economic newsletters; and eligability to participate on functional Councils and provides the Army access to a network of over 1,000 corporate organizations an d executives. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a written capabilities statement. See Note 22.
