Description

This acquisition is for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Provide all labor, materials, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination necessary to perform roofing projects basewide at Robins AFB GA. For this procurement, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8A certified firms with an office located within SBA Region IV (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, and South Carolina). A Preproposal Conference will be held with the opportunity for a site visit. (Date and Time will be provided in the Solicitation) NAICS CODE 235610 ($11.0 M) annual receipts. Each delivery order will have their own completion time. Provisions will be included for liquidated damages in case of failure to complete the work in the time allowed. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
