CID A-A-59601A. Packaging IAW ASTM-D-3951, New & Unused Can. Mark/Label IAW MIL-STD 129. Paper Labels not Authorized. Can Interior shall be Compatible with Contents. Solicitation is unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Contract. Line Item 0001 Quantity: 11,718 Cans, 60 Days ARO to Stock Location Tracy Ca, Line Item 0002 Quantity: 7,719 Cans, 60 Days ARO to Stock Location Richmond VA. FOB/Inspection Acceptance is Destination. This Solicitation will issue on February 21, 2002 with a closing date of March 18, 2002.
