- Tiedown, Chain Assembly, NSN 2040-01-323-0771, YPC 01358000489, I/A/W Drawings NR 53711 5184187 and Transtechnology Corp Breeze-Eastern (08484) P/N 14579-1, ANCRA Intl LLC (31272) P/N 48357-11 and Peck and Hale LLC (94658) P/N 15MTC/1530. Qty of 2100 ea. to be delivered to Norfolk VA. within 60 days after the date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of February 27, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 25% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1). Approved sources are: BREEZE EASTERN, ANCRA INTL LLC, PECK AND HALE LLC___________________________. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
