Dowty Propellers Repair & Overhaul p/n 660509223. 234 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA in 280 days after data of award; 422 to be delivered to San Diego, CA in 280 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 27 Feb 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
