- Project includes a complete functioning field office with all associated systems including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and telephone/data as well as all floor, wall and ceiling finishes, fixtures and built-in cabinets. Completed related outside spaces and covered areas are part of this work. All site development including, but not limited to, grading, surface drainage, paving, parking areas, lighting, landscaping, irrigation and signing. All of the site furniture and other amenities. All site utilities including but not limited to structures, water distribution, fire protection, sewer, telephone, natural gas and electrical required to support the project. Work is to be performed in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Price range is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. The standard SIC/NAICS Classification is 1542/233320.
