- Description
- Single award term contract for NASA, Marshall Space Flight Center, AL. Beginning May 1, 2002 and ending April 30, 2003, with possible option years. Quality Level III. These specifications cover the produciton of a newsletter requiring such operations as electronic prepress/film-making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Marshall Star will be ordered weekly (except for Christmas and New Years). Approximately 10,500 copies per order, with page count ranging from 4 to 12. 6-page products are 25-1/2 x 11", folded to 8-1/2 x 11"; 4-, 8-, and 12-page products will saddle-fold from 17 x 11" to 8-1/2 x 11". Deliver f.o.b. destination the the Huntsville, AL area. Government furnished material must be picked up from and delivered to Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL. GFM will be available by 2:00 p.m. each Wednesday, and complete production and delivery if required by NOON on Thursday of the SAME week. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. Reference Program 1445-S on the request. Additionally, bidder's may download the specifications from the GPO web site (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued (note - these specifications have not yet been issued, and there is no bid opening date at this time. Target date for issuance of the specifications is mid March.)
