- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 76,000 square feet of space in Del Rio, TX. GSA currently leases space in a 3-story building in Del Rio, TX, known as the Federal Building-Court House. The building contains approximately 43,000 usable square feet and the current occupants have submitted expansion requirements for 34,000 square feet. The total need for space is 76,000 usable square feet. GSA's current lease is firm until June 30, 2012 and an 11-year extension is being contemplated. Expressions of interests are being sought to determine the most economical method to satisfy the expansion. Remaining lease costs and relocation expenses will be considered in the evaluation process.
