- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N00039-02-R-0006 for the award of up to two (2) contracts for the development, production, installation, logistics (e.g. spares and upgrades), and engineering support services for the Navy Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Multiband Terminal System (NMT) on ship, shore, and submarine platforms. SPAWAR intends to award up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts using full and open competition. The contracts will have Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items. Interested sources are asked to refer to the SPAWAR Headquarters Business Opportunities Page (BOP) web page to download the RFP package. The RFP package available on the SPAWAR Headquarters BOP will not be directly provided in paper hardcopy format. Notification of any changes to the solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the SPAWAR BOP. It is the responsibility of any interested sources to check the SPAWAR Headquarters BOP for the RFP package and any other notices pertaining to this solicitation.
