Description

NA The Walla Walla district Corps of Engineers intends to award a SOLE SOURCE commercial item contract to Advanced Telemetry Systems in accordance with the authority in FAR 13.5. Subject contract will be for pulse coded aquatic radio transmitter tags for res earch purposes. Research is to support critical Anadromous Fish Evaluation Program. This is the continuation of multiple year research efforts and is based on proprietary information contained in the encoding transmitters and decoding receiver systems us ed by the researcher, National Marine Fisheries Service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the di scretion of the Government. Information received in response to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The size standard for small business concerns under NAICS 334511 i s 750 employees.
