Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotations (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation number is F13CG220070300. This solicitation incorporates provisions, which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3643. The small business size standard is $5,000,000. Interested offerors shall provide as a response to this solicitation: (1) a price for each item and (2) a completed clause 52.212-3. Please provide quotes for the following items: (Note: these items are for the installation of lightning protection for the Base Public Address and Warning System.) 12 each 8 ft. Halo Dissipater, 12 each Halo mounting hardware, 750 each #2 Tinned Copper, 12 each #2 Ground Lugs, 12 each Split Bolts, 12 each Ground Rods, 12 each Cadwelds, 24 each OhmMaster, 204 each Cable Loop Clips, 12 each Zonesential, 12 each RF Surge, 1 each Installation Labor, 1 each Bucket Truck Rental. (Note: the next set of items is for installation of lightning protection system for Antenna Poles.) 3 each 6ft Halo Dissipator, 1 each Static Dissipator, 3 each Halo Mounting Hardware, 8 each Ground Kits, 250 each #2 Tinned Cooper, 3 each #2 Ground Lungs, 5 each Ground Rods, 5 each Cadwelds, 10 each OhmMaster, 60 each Cable Loop Clamps, 2 each Bushmaster ?C? Copper, 1 each Installation Labor, and 1 each Bucket Truck Rental. Quotes may be submitted hard copy or electronically, via e-mail or fax. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of the quote by the time and date stated on the solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items" is applicable to the solicitation and the blanks in (a) are completed as follows: price. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items", FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable and the following clauses are checked: 52.222-21 ?Prohibition of Segregated Facilities?; 52.222-26 ?Equal Opportunity?; 52.222-35 ?Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era?; 52.222-36 ?Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities?; 52.232-33 ?Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration?. FAR 52.232-18 ?Availability of Funds?, and 52.219-6 ?Total Small Business Set-Aside? are applicable. DAFRS 252.204-7004 ?Required Central Contractor Registration?
