- This is a conbined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the written solicitation is posted at the same time as this synopsis. The solicitation number is F38604-02-R-0001 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect under the current Federal Acquisition Regulation and as identified in the solicitation package. Requirement is issued as full and open and the associated NAICS code is 333294 (SIC 3556). Solicitation response time is shortened due to ongoing war efforts.
