- Description
- This A-76 Cost Comparision Study is for Multiple Personnel Functions. The total number of positions under this study is approximately 223 (205 military and 18 civilian). The services are to be performed at 16 different ACC locations to include 2 overseas sites. The Most Efficient Organization (MEO) Proposal will be compared to the best value contractor's proposal and after determination of technical equivalence, a decision will be announced. If a contract is awarded, it will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Contract performance will consist of a basic performance period with 4 option years. This acquisition will be full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 and a Size Standard of $5 M. A brief technical description/specific functions the contractor are to provide consist of Customer Service, Unit Personnel Record Group, Awards & Decorations, and Military and Civilian Personnel Systems Management. A Draft Statement of Work will be posted 05 Feb, 2002.
