Description
Provide temporary services of three full time Medical Record Technician/Receptionists at the Coast Guard clinic located at Petaluma, Ca; Sitka, Juneau and Kodiak, Alaska. This will be a non-personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing procedures in Far part 13, ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures.? The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, not to exceed 1100 hours per year. Period of performance will be 01 March 2002 or date of award through 30 September 2002. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about 01 Feb 2002 and close on or about 15 February 2002. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC code is 8099, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: The solicitation will be available through FEDBIZOPPS website at www.eps.gov. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
