- The United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana requires the installation of an HVAC system and a door in the dining room area as detailed in the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of construction is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
