- Notice of Intent: pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", the Department of Energy is renewing a sole-source acquisition for a subscription to Congressional Information Service with Index from Lexis-Nexis. The item consists of microfiche copies of congressional reports, hearings, etc., for legal research. The award will be a fixed price Purchase Order. Only one responsible source is available and no other types of services will satisfy the needs of the Department. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. Interested parties having all the capabilities to perform the services described above are requested to submit capability statements, to be received within 14 days of publication of this Notice to: U.S. Department of Energy,ME-641.1, 1000 Independence Ave, SW, Washington, D.C. 20585.
