- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 145, Fort Peck, MT 59223, ATTN: Holly Kittleson or faxed to 406-526-8500. The Western Area Power Administration has a Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) Requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement per the attached Statement of Work. The work includes but is not limited to: janitorial services at the Miles City Converter and Maintenance Center, Miles City, MT 59301. This SAP is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Representations in the FAR clauses must be completed with all offers.
