- Description: See numbered notes 9, 12, and 26. NSN 4320-01-111-0813 -- Pump Unit, Bilge (Electrically Driven). Used on AAV7A1 Series Vehicles. Being bought in accordance with drawing number 80064 600908 and all related data. The cited drawing is a source-controlled drawing and, as of the date of this solicitation, only Crane Pumps and Systems (96046) P/N 1ZDCL-M0005-111 has been approved. Offers based on supplying other manufacturers' parts will not be considered unless accompanied by evidence to establish that such parts have been tested and approved by the Engineering Support Activity. Total quantity required is 66 each with 29 each going to (MMSA01) Albany, GA 31704-1128, 11 each going to (N00244) San Diego, CA 92132-5004 and 26 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130. FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 02-15-02. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 250 days. A written quotation is required.
