- This is amendment 1 to solicitation number BBGCON1801S5268 which is issued in response to several vendor inquiries. 1) A pre-bid walk through of the Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau facilities is scheduled for Friday, February 8, 2002 at 10:00 am. Prospective offerors wishing to attend should contact Mary Kaniuk at (202) 619-0894 or via e-mail at mlkaniuk@IBB.GOV to confirm your firms planned attendance at this conference. Each firm may bring at most two representatives to this walk through. Prospective offerors shall meet in the Cohen Building lobby located at 330 Independence Ave., SW, Washington, DC 20237. 2) Evaluation factor (ii) is changed to read "technical capability of the offeror to meet the Government requirement." 3) This is a new BBG/IBB contract requirement. There is no incumbent contractor.
