- BLM Invitation for Bids, NAR020036, 1,000 TONS OF HAY. This is a synopsis for 1,000 tons of Hay; Grass/Alfalfa mixture of 50/50 or 60/40 from 2001 crop. Hay will be delivered to the Litchfield Wild Horse and Burro Holding Facility on Highway 395 near Litchfield, CA. A supply-type Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Delivery and off-loading shall be included in unit price. This is 100% set-aside for small business (See Note 22). The standard SIC/NAICS classification is 0139/111940.
