- NA The Government proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Corporation, Recapitalization Support Services for the Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) system. The goal of this effort is to deliver a commercial version of a National Maintenance Work Requirement (NMWR) known as Recapitalization Repair Center Procedure (RRCP) for each statement of work component. The scope of this delivery order will require the contractor to identify and resolve prob lems such as maintaining replacement sources, searching and reporting on alternative or replacement parts and redesigning. Other specific requirements to be performed under this effort include providing a safety assessment report, provisioning data and upd ated publications data. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, performance?based delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement DAAH23-99-G-0013 to Lockheed Martin, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-228, Orlando, FL 32819-8907, under the authority of Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (2), Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months after receipt of order. There is no technical data package and no solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the contracting officer. See Numbered Notes: 22 and 26.
