- Scheduled Performance Date: 15 Feb through 9 Mar 2002 Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform chartered bus services between Chitose (Sapporo) Airport, Heiwa, Chitose-shi, Hokkaido and Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) Camp Kami-Furano, Kami-Furano-cho, Sorachi-gun, kamikawa-shicho, Hokkaido when, as and if scheduled by the Ordering Officer at any time during the performance period. The service includes transporting personnel, carry-on baggage, and other baggage when all bus seats are not occupied. Required buses are Tour-type fourty-five (45) passenger capacity, excluding auxiliary/jump seats. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated the resultant Purchase Order and applicable Japanese Government laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
