- Provide heating, ventilation and air-contitioning(HVAC)preventive maintenance and repair services at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia. The period of performance will be for an initial base period from April 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003, and will include four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million. The pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22201 on February 12, 2002 at 10:00 A.M.
