- The General Services Administration (GSA), Mid-Atlantic Region, requires window washing at the VA Building at 5000 Wissahickon Ave. Philadelphia, PA. The base contract shall be for one (1) initial cleaning of the windows to begin on March 18, 2002 and be completed prior to April 12, 2002. Also included are four (4) options for additional window cleanings in the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. This procurement is a small business set aside. NAICS Code: 561720, size standard is $12 mil. Solicitations will be available on or about February 5, 2002, and can be obtained by accessing The Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ searching on the solicitation number and downloading the specification document. Offerors may only obtain a copy of the solicitation through this site. It is the contractor?s responsibility to visit this website to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Paper copies shall not be issued.
