- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors to provide preventive and unscheduled air conditioning maintenance from February 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002 and includes for 12-month option periods. (See attached RFQ for statement of work). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. The attached constitutes the only RFQ, The request for quotation (RFQ) Number is 28-009. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 337127. The applicable small business is 500 employees. Place of performance is Bureau of Engraving & Printing, 14th & C Street S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228. Basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations must be submitted using the attached RFQ. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, tax identification number, DUNS number and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantage business or woman owned business). Any change or exception to the Government?s requirement will render the vendor?s quote as unacceptable and the quote will not be considered for award. If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide schedule number. Quotations are due February 7, 2002.
