- Description
- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to negotiate and award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 with ATK Tactical Systems Company LLC., Elkton Operations, 55 Thiokol Road, Elkton, MD 21921 for 488 deliverable MK 48 propellant grains per NAVSEA drawing 2508738. Delivery shall be F.O.B. contractor's facility and shall occur eight months after award. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 19, 2002. No telepohone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. Numbered note 22 applies.
