- NA The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to SSDS, 464 Shawmut Avenue, Suite 3, Boston, Ma 02118-3838, on a basis of other than full and open competition, reference FAR 6.302-1(a) for Te chnical Services, which includes technical editing and writing, general research support and project management, providing data management and SAS programming for the TAIHOD (Total Army Injury and Health Outcome Database) database on-site. This Company is the only firm that has the experience working on this program and are familiar with our procedures and requirements and have demonstrated proficiency in accomplishing the tasks specified on previous tasks.
