- NA NSN: 1680-01-087-2144, PN: 70400-02127-044, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-01-T-0953, Quantity: 36 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries New Cumberland, PA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be ad justed dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 36 each, 428 days after contract award(DACA. First Article Test Report d ue 273 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 36 each, 285 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the tech nical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is unfunded. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval request (SAR) package to AMCOM, AMSAM-AR-EI-FS/James Procyk, (256) 313-4907, Building 5681, Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-5000. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the g overnment.
