- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation #DA HA23-02-T-0030 may be viewed in its entirety at www.uspfo-mo.org. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-02. This request is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside Under SIC Code 3537. The Missouri National Guard desires a firm-fixed price contract for a quantity of 1 each Utility vehicle, 2 Passenger equal to or greater than Cushman White Truck Model 611. Please refer to above web site fo r features/options desired with the Utility Vehicle. If quoting other than the brand name mentioned, specifications, which include brand name and model, shall be forwarded to the point of contact listed below. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determined by the Contracting Officer is necessary. Should discussions be deemed necessary because of proposal deficiency or other issues, they will be conducted either orally or in writing, only with those offerors determined to be in th e competitive range. The offeror will be given the opportunity to correct the deficiencies and resubmit their offer. The Government will select the most technically acceptable, low cost offer representing the best value to the Government. Vehicle will b e delivered to Springfield, MO. Please provide a breakdown of cost; that is, cost for vehicle, and cost for each of the options for a firm fixed price. Offeror will submit: (1) Technical quotation listing brand name and model; (2) Breakdown in cost as a ddressed above; (3) Past Performance, Evaluation-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-2. (Submit three government references that include company name, point of contact, and telephone number.) Failure to submit the above three items can result in your quotation n ot being considered. The following clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items; include a complete copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Ter ms and Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, DFARS 252.225-7001 and 252.225-7004 are applicable.
