- NA Multi-Functional Modular Fluid Filtration System 3000, manufactured by WATEC, Inc. The USPFO for Kentucky intends to negotiate with WATEC for the purchase of one MMFFS 3000 and one overpack kit. Overpack kit consists of a complete replacement set of filt ers, polishers, reactors and pre-filters plus spare parts kit. Any bidder who believes they have a suitable substitute is invited to contact the Contracting Officer (Cindy Walton, e-mail Cindy.Walton@ky.ngb.army.mil) with descriptive literature to demonst rate their item meets or exceeds the WATEC MMFFS 3000. Business size is unrestricted, bidder must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be considered. If no response to this announcement has been received by 28 Feb 02, we will proceed with negotiations with WATEC.
