- Description
- The Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Prescott, Arizona is seeking proposals for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Services. SLP must be certified and licensed. Services involve habitation and rehabilitation of individuals with communication and/or swallowing deficits, as well as for the purpose of diagnosing, understanding and treating speech language, voice and swallowing disorders. Services are required for an estimated 900 hours per year. The subsequent contract is for a base period and four (4) option years. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 621340. The Size Standard is $5.0 million. The solicitation should be available for downloading on or about February 8, 2002.
