- Description
- Provide all necessary labor, equipment and transportation for same day and/or next day delivery/pickup services between VA Medical Center, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and veteran's home. Items to be transported will include, but are not limited to pharmaceuticals, supplies, samples, x-rays, lab specimens, patient records,forms and/or other items. Courier services are required to be available 7 days/week. Requests for Proposals will be available o/a February 4, 2002. Interested parties must submit, either in writing or by FAX, a WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY to: Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York, Attn: Richard L. Barton, Contracting Officer.
