- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to negotiate a h Sole Source contract with Baja Fabrication as Baja Fabrication accomplished the development of an approved tuned suspension system packages to enhance the support and life expectancy of vehicles used by the United States Border Patrol in multiple terrains and throughout the United States. Baja Fabrication has developed a procedure that is unique to the needs of the United States Border Patrol for their various vehicles. Currently, UNICOR provides Fleet Management and retrofitting services for vehicles used by the United States Border Patrol. This is not a request for proposals nor will a solicitation be issued.
