- The National Hansen's Disease Programs (NHDP) is seeking to procure nursing services as follows: All labor, supervision and management to provide nursing services at the following locations: (1) National Hansen?s Disease Programs (NHDP) Ward (Long Term Care facility) in Baton Rouge LA, evening shift, 365 days per year including holidays and (2) NHDP Independent/Assisted Living Facility at Carville LA, 24 hrs day/7 days week/365 days year, including holidays. The NHDP will provide The period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 2002 with 3 one-year options. This is a small business set-aside, restricted to small businesses eligible to receive award. Solicitation Number NHDP-02-R-0004 will be issued on or about March 1, 2002.
