- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) plans to award a sole source ?Other Transaction? Agreement (OTA), in accordance with Section 845 of Public Law 103-160, as amended, under 10 U.S.C 2371 for the System Engineering and Integration necessary to design an evolutionary Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). It is anticipated that a cost-plus-award-fee type OTA will be used. The planned OTA will be awarded to the The Boeing Company, 1421 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202-3259 with Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and TRW as its initial major support members. Any responses resulting from this announcement for additional support member opportunities will be referred to The Boeing Company.
