Description

SYNOPSIS LANGUAGE FOR GS-10P-02-LSC-0035, MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR JACKSON FEDERAL BUILDING AND EVENTUALLY THE SEATTLE FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING AND FEDERAL ARCHIVE BUILDING NAICS code 235110, size standard = $11.5 million Full operation and maintenance services are required for the Jackson Federal Building (JFB) in Seattle Washington. Services will also be required for the Seattle Federal Office Building (FOB) and Federal Archive Building (FARC) beginning 8/1/05. Several other Seattle-area Federal buildings may be modified into the contract at a later date. These buildings will be identified in the solicitation with the understanding that the winning contractor will have an opportunity to provide separate pricing if the determination is to include those buildings under the initial JFB/FOB/FARC contract. Services include operation, regular maintenance and repair of Building systems to include HVAC, Fire Alarm System, Building Automation systems, Architectural/structural systems, plumbing, electrical, etc. Services do not include janitorial, Elevator maintenance and security control equipment. Period of performance is estimated to be July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2005 with two, 3-year options. Procurement will be a total small business set aside. See note XXXXXX
