- The United States Government seeks sources for leased office and related space. Project # 1AZ0195 Location: Tucson, Arizona within the following delineated area: North - Grant Road East - Kolb Road South - Broadway Blvd. West - Craycroft Road The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,064 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield 879 to 971 BOMA usable square feet of contiguous space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Lease Term: 5 years firm Occupancy desired March 2001 Expressions of interest should include all the following: Building name and address Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet Common Area Factor for available space All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration Interested parties may write or contact GSA by forwarding potential site(s) with pertinent information no later than February 8, 2002 to: General Services Administration, Real Estate Division, 300 W.
