- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 14,575 square feet of rentable space. The rentable space must yield 12,674 to 13,307 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment, along with three (3) on-site, reserved parking spaces. Unique Requirements: Square footage must be located within the following delineated area in the City of Oceanside, CA: From the NW corner of the intersection of interstate 5 (I5) and Oceanside Boulevard; continuing East on Oceanside Boulevard to El Camino Real; North on El Camino Real to Mesa Drive; East on Mesa Drive to College Boulevard; South on College to Highway 78; West on Highway 78 to I5, back to Oceanside Boulevard. Lease Term: Twelve years, Ten years firm. Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2002 Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet, and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4.
