The Walla Walla District?s web page (http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs.AdvertisedContracts.asp) may be used; however, it is requested that registration be confirmed with either a fax or a n email. The Government cannot guarantee a bidder will make it on the bidders list if registration is complete using only the web page. DESCRIPTION: Walla Walla District, Corps of Engineers, has a competitive requirement for all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for grounds maintenance, and weed and pest control at the Walla Walla District Headquarters building in Walla Walla, WA. The work will include, but is not limited to, grounds and landscape maintenance, irrigation, debris removal and litter removal. Requirements consist of a basic year and four option years. Option years may be awarded at the d iscretion of the Government. Base year is to be from March 1, 2002 (or on date of award) through November 30, 2002. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION: Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System number i s 561730. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis. This is not a request for bid, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
