- NA Description: The Walla Walla District, Corps of Engineers, has a competitive requirement for removal of vegetation with Glyphosate herbicide and to plant native grasses located at McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, Wa. Administrative Information: Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. To qualify as a small business, the average annual revenue for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. The North American Industry Classification System numbe r is 115310. Any contract resulting from this notice will be awarded on a firm fixed price. This is not a request for bid, but a notice of solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
