- NA Description: Walla Walla District, Corps of Engineers, has a competitive requirement for application of herbicides to various sites in Ice Harbor, McNary, and Lower Monumental. All sites are located in the Pasco, WA area. Administrative Information: Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. To qualify as a small business, the average annual revenue for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. The North American Industry Classification System numbe r is 115310. Any contract resulting from this notice will be awarded on a firm fixed price. This is not a request for bid, but a notice of solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency.
