- Modification to the notice for Design Excellence in public architecture for performance of Architectural-Engineering Design for the expansion of the United States Port of Entry in Del Rio, Texas, as follows: 1. Modify the second Evaluation Criteria as follows: (2) Philosophy and Design Intent (25%): In the Lead Designer's words, (maximum of two typewritten pages) state his/her overall design philosophy and approach to the challenge of public architecture, issues, and parameters that may apply in creating a state-of-the-art UNITED STATE PORT OF ENTRY. 2. Provide five (5) copies of the submittal. All other information remains unchanged.
