- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE METROPOLITAN CREVE COEUR, MO The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies 15,802 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office in Creve Coeur, MO. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by May 1, 2002. AMOUNT: GSA desires to lease 18,097 BOMA Rentable square feet of office space. Rentable must yield 15,802 ANSI/BOMA Usable square feet of office space available for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. TENANT: SSA/Office of Hearings and Appeals. LOCATION: Offered space must be in the following delineated area: That area of metropolitan Creve Coeur, Missouri, bounded on the South by I-64 Highway; bounded on the North by Olive; bounded on the East by Highways 67/61 and bounded on the West by I-270 Highway. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. TERM: Space is required sixty (60) days after receipt of approved Government layout drawings. The lease will be for a term of 10 years with five (5) years firm, and the Government having the right to terminate with ninety (90) days written notice after the initial five (5) year firm term.
