- Naval Research Laboratory intend to award to Systran Corporation, on other than full and open competitive basis, a contract for 1 each LinkXchange LX1500e Base unit with 19 inch rack mount enclosure and power supply, part #FHS2-0000QQQQ-10, 1 each second LinkXchange LX1500e Base unit, part #FMS2-0000QQQQ-11 and a 1 year annual maintenance for both items. Sole source is based on equipment being proprietary to Systran Corporation. See note(s) 22.
