- Description
- This solicitation is for two (2) each Remanufactured Engine Lathes. One (1) Monarch series 612 model 1610 X 54" or equal and One (1) series 612 model 2013 X 54" or equal. For Model 1610 X 54" the standard options include but are not limited to 16" swing over bed and carriage wings, 10" swing over cross slide, 54" between centers, electrical equipment - new - 220 volt - 3 phase, hole through spindle 2 1/16", spindle, jarno taper # 18, center, morse taper #04, American Standard camlock spindle nose 6" - d-1, 36 spindle speeds: 12 to 1500 rpm, ration 1 to 125. Totally enclosed gear box (not just covered), leadscrew diameter and threads per inch: 1 1/4" - 4thd, Range of threads per inch 2 to 120, range of feeds per revolution - .001" - .0615, tail stock, carriage and compound, taper attachment, width of bed 15", main drive motor 15 h.p., adjustable multiple disc hydraulic brake force, fast single dial speed selection, and a full one-year warranty For model 2013 x 54" the standard options include but are not limited to 20" swing over bed and carriage wings, 13" swing over cross slide, 54" between centers, electrical equipment - new - 220 volt - 3 phase, headstock specifications: hole through spindle 2 1/16", spindle, jarno taper # 18, center, morse taper #04, American Standard camlock spindle nose 6" - d-1, 36 spindle speeds: 12 to 1500 rpm, ration 1 to 125, totally enclosed gear box (not just covered), leadscrew diameter and threads per inch : 1 1/2" - 4thd, range of threads per inch 2 to 120, range of feeds per revolution - .001" - .068, thread and feed changes : 66, spindle diameter 4 1/4", spindle travel 7", spindle taper morse no. 4, carriage bearing on bed 25 1/2", carriage bridge width 8", compound rest top slide travel 5", lathe tool shank size for round tool post 3/4" x 1 5/8", anti-friction type - operates on ball bearings with permanently, sealed in lubrication, width of bed 17", motor data main drive motor 20 h.p., adjustable multiple disc hydraulic brake force, fast single dial speed selection, automatic hydraulic lubrication system supplies head stock, end gear, train and gearbox, full one-year warranty. If equal equipment is offered, technical data will be required for technical evaluation. Submitted shall include: preliminary installation plans, manuals, spare parts lists, pcb certifications, osha certifications, MSDS and material lockout/tagout data. Delivery is desired during the period of may 1, 1999 and july 1, 1999. Delivery terms will be fob destination, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA.
