- Air Handler Unit ? specification covers the requirement for an air-handling unit designed to provide heating/cooling ventilation during ships overhaul. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This announcement is issued as N00102-02-Q- 0679 and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code for this acquisition is (333415). Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH.03801-2500.
