Description

NA This procurement is being issued for full and open competition and solicited utilizing sealed bid procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 234990 with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. In the event the selected bid exceeds $1,000,000 and i s from a large business, it will be necessary for that firm to submit a subcontracting plan that is acceptable to the Government prior to award. Work is divided into two reaches. Principle features of work include all plant, labor, materials and supplie s required for construction of approximately 25,000 linear feet of earth levees, 650 linear feet of floodwalls, 2 pump stations, 3 closure structures, 1 restroom facility, parking lot, 5,000 linear feet of recreation trail, US 2 road raise, 7,500 linear fe et of storm sewer and associated items. All work will have to be completed 660 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. Estimated order of magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000. Ordering of the CD-ROM shall be made only by registering for it at the above web s ite. An unofficial version of the solicitation will be posted on the District?s website.
