- NA PRON: AX2F0136AX; NSN: 1560-01-116-4168; Part Number: 70500-02061-053, Qty: 150 each min and 782 max, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. FOB Destinati on with delivery to Corpus Christi Army Deopt 50 each; New Cumberland, PA, 50 each; and Stockton, CA, 50 each. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 50 each 360 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 2 28 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 50 each 240 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
