Description

Project No. A-00-1137, Install Elevator in Guest House Bldg 552 at Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. The work includes the removal of existing reinforced-concrete walls to provide doorways of the elevator; installation of reinforced-concrete walls of the hoistway for the elevator; construction of reinforced-concrete foundations, floors on aggregate bases, walls and roof slabs for the elevator hoistway, pit and mechanical room. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Site orientation is scheduled for 8 Feb 02, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Main Gate of Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. All offerors are encouraged to participate in the scheduled tour.
