- Synopsis: This is a limited competitive requirement for the repair of 1 each Radio Frequency Amplifier applicable to the LANTIRN Program, Foreign Military Sales. The approved sources are Applied Systems Engineering, Electronic Site Services and Disan Engineering. NSN: 5996-01-295-1672KV, part number 18400, quantity of 1 each. The required delivery schedule is 45 days ARO/ARR, whichever is later. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
